AquaCat

I remove the net-like algae (Hydrodictyon) every two days—sometimes even every single day when it thrives heavily. Its reproductive power is truly relentless, and it takes me more than 30 minutes to clear it each time.

The medaka fish lay eggs every day, but most of them are nowhere to be found, leaving it a mystery where they are being attached. This time, I blocked the entry path with moss to keep the adult fish away from the fry area. However, because the tiny fry could still swim out, they ended up being preyed upon before I even noticed. The eggs I managed to collect are being raised safely in a separate pond.

アミミドロは二日に一度、多い時は毎日除去していますが、繁殖力が凄まじく、毎回３０分以上かけて除去しています。
メダカたちは毎日抱卵していますが、どこに産み付けているのか、ほとんどの卵は見つかりません。今回は稚魚のいるエリアに親メダカが入らないように苔で進入路を塞いでみましたが、稚魚は出られてしまうので、結局知らぬ間に捕食されてしまいました。採卵できた卵は別鉢で育てています。
