This Place in Singapore Feels ILLEGAL to Visit
Somewhere in Singapore, there’s a hidden World War II bunker… but almost nobody talks about it. In this video, I set myself 3 challenges:
1. Find the bunker without using my phone
2. Capture the most epic shots of the site (while surviving the mosquitoes)
3. And reward myself with a good meal nearby
What I discovered was honestly unexpected.
These abandoned bunkers - believed to be built in the 1940s as part of Singapore’s wartime defences - are slowly being reclaimed by nature. With very little documentation and hidden in plain sight, they feel more like a forgotten secret than a historical site.
And just when I thought the day couldn’t get stranger… I ended up at a “chicken farm” in the middle of the city.

Even Singaporeans Don’t Know This Hawker Centre.. and It’s CHEAP
I finally visited this lesser-known hawker centre in central Singapore — and it turns out to be one of the cheapest too. Welcome to Blk 4A Jalan Batu Hawker Centre, located in the Mountbatten / Kallang area. Despite being right next to the famous Old Airport Road Food Centre, this place gets surprisingly little attention. Many locals don’t even know it exists.
While it’s smaller in size, some of the stalls here serve really good food at extremely affordable prices.
Let’s see if this hidden spot is actually worth visiting.
