Koka Wanton Noodle is a Michelin-awarded stall that only opens 4 days a week, from 10:30pm. I repeat. It only opens from 10:30pm. I arrived at 8:40pm (about 2 hours before!) to try this legendary wanton mee. What is the food like, and is it worth the wait? Let's find out!
