🥫 2-2.4 lbs beef bone (I used oxtail + shank for the most collagen. you can also use chuck or stewing cuts)
🥫 4 tomatoes or canned crushed tomatoes
🥫 1-2 carrots
🥫 2-3 stalks celery
🥫 ½ lb cabbage
🥫 Knob of ginger
🥫 3 cloves garlic
🥫 2 potatoes (not russet because it becomes too mushy)
🥫 6 cups chicken broth (and/or water)
🥫 1-2 Bay leaf
🥫 ½ lemon
🥫 tomato paste or ketchup (to taste)

My 30s skin routine *what I DO & DON’T do now*
This is what i've been using in the day + night recently for my skin. I've noticed it definitely takes a little more work to get that plump, dewy ✨glow✨ and I really felt the effects of my skin cell turnover start to slow down when I was 28. Now it can feel quite rough and dehydrated easily if I don't do a few essential steps. So I'm showing you what I'm currently using and doing in my night and day routine.
