As we know, cold food in TCM is considered to “shock” the system and weakens the body’s digestion. Over time, having too much cold food or drink can lead to stagnation of blood and Qi (energy) which causes issues like bloating, poor circulation (cold hands and feet), period cramps, and fatigue.
